"Mighty Rivers" is one of the two Xenomania songs on the new Kylie Minogue album Aphrodite. It will only be released as a bonus track on the iTunes Deluxe Experience Edition. Written by Miranda Cooper, Brian Higgins, Carla Marie Williams, Jason Resch, Gerard O'Connell, Jaxon Bellina, Tim Deal. "Mighty Rivers" is a light and floaty disco-house number, with that kind of understated beauty that Xenomania do so well. The sounds are beautifully layered, with great vocals from Kylie, space synths, an oriental vibe, the sound of a river stream (might also be ocean waves crashing) and an amazing bassline. There's also a robotic breakdown where Kylie sings "Only you understand me/ Want the truth not the fantasy/ I'm as true as I can be/ Hear me now", followed by more waves and acoustic guitar. Xenomania bonus on the new Kylie album

 Two of the songs that Xenomania wrote for the new Kylie Minogue album have ended up as bonus tracks."Mighty Rivers" will only be released on the iTunes Deluxe Experience Edition, while "Heartstring" will be the Japanese bonus track. Aphrodite will be released in Japan in two days (30th June) - click here to pre-order. The iTunes Deluxe Edition will be available to download from July 2nd (in Australia and some of Europe) and on July 5th in the UK (pre-order).  Kylie Minogue has revealed on Twitter that she is recording new material with Xenomania. She posted this message:«Been in the studio again...this time with Xenomania!! Worked w so many great people so far...whooop!!!...more and more songs for you all!!» Music critic Neil McCormick has also revealed this on Twitter: «Brian Higgins (Mr Xenomania) tells me he's doing the new Kylie album. Trying something "a bit deeper" that reflects "her experience". Hmm.» Kylie is currently working on the follow-up to the album X (2007), which is expected to be released in April. Other confirmed and rumoured songwriters and producers include Scissor Sisters, Calvin Harris, RedOne, Nerina Pallot and Richard Stannard. The Australian singer has previously teamed up with the Xenomania songwriting/production team for her 2005 single "Giving You Up", its b-side "Made of Glass" and the unreleased track "Loving You". Kylie Minogue to reunite with Xenomania

 Kylie Minogue is set to work with Xenomania on her 11th studio album.A "source" told The Sun: «Kylie has been a huge fan of Xenomania for ages. With the girls [Girls Aloud] off pursuing solo plans before their next album, she feels the time is right to work with the team who provided them with such staggering success.» They added: «Kylie wants to come back with a bang. Her last album, X, sold quite well but it wasn't the triumphant return to form many people hoped for. By working with Xenomania she hopes she can create a really coherent album which will connect her right back to the pop market.» The Sun reports that Kylie has already laid down a few tracks - one of them, "Better Than Today", is described as an «awesome, Scissor Sisters-style tune». Xenomania have reportedly been asked to come up with another six songs, which she will start recording soon. The remainder of the album will be penned by songwriter Nerina Pallot. Other artists rumoured to be linked to Kylie's 11th studio album include Paula Abdul, Kara DioGuardi and Frankmusik. Kylie previously worked with Xenomania on her 2005 top ten single "Giving You Up", as well as the b-side "Made of Glass" and the unreleased track "Loving You" (which found its way onto the Internet.)
