Danish popsters Alphabeat have been spending some time at the Xenomania mansion. They are working on their new album, the follow-up to last year's This Is Alphabeat.Alphabeat are known for their unpretentious, melodic and pure pop sound. The single "Fascination" was a major hit in Denmark during the summer of 2007 and peaked at number 6 in the UK charts. Their debut album This Is Alphabeat went platinum in Denmark, and in the UK it has gone gold. Earlier this year, the six-piece band signed a new record deal with Polydor.
The London-based Danish group posted "The Alphabeat Summer Photo Album" on their MySpace blog, with a picture taken at Xenomania HQ:
